What Is Music To You?

Music is the love I feel from my wonderful friends and family. Music is the gentle crisp fall breeze, and music is the crinkling of the autumn leaves and the ice breaking underneath my feet when I walk outside. Music is the warm scarf I wrap around my neck and the gloves I put on my hands. Music is that moment in the song when everything goes quiet and you can hear a pin drop. Music is when a group of passionate, loving people get together and share together - It may be a song, or a story or a smile or a laugh or even a good cry. Music is the song most played on your iTunes. Music is hating someone's guts so much, you want to kick them in the face. Music is being proud of who you are. Music is being proud of your accomplishments. Music is loving yourself. Music is being so insanely, head over heels in love with someone. Music is when that person kisses you and the whole world just goes away. Music is holding hands and going for a walk. Music is that thing that moves you to take action to move forward - to do the right thing. Music is when your heart skips a beat. Music is when you get goose bumps all over your body from just one note. Music is sitting around a kitchen table with your whole family having the most random conversations. Music is sitting with a friend for hours, once every week at a coffee shop sharing life together. Music is bawling your eyes out and collapsing into the arms of someone who you know is always there for you . Music is when your phone goes off and you get instant butterflies hoping its that ONE person... Music is the first time you call someone. Music is fighting with someone. Music is fighting with the world. Music is making up after a fight. Music is telling someone you love them. Music is just sitting and listening when someone needs it. Music is hugging someone and never wanting to let go. Music is having those people in your life that are never allowed to leave because they help you keep your sanity. Music can be anything.
